A leading Security Consultations & Solutions company based in Abu Dhabi , providing services such as (Counter-crime and Counter-terrorism training, Risk assessment and management, on-site security support and more is looking for a competent BDM as per the below JD

Business Development Manager Duties and responsibilities

The following are some of the important duties of a business development manager:

Maintain current client relationships and identify areas for potential clients
Analyzing current and past financial data and providing strategies to cut costs and increase revenue
Leading the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities
Contacting potential clients to establish a business relationship and meet with them
Develop new sales areas and improve sales through various methods
Research the latest in the business industry and create new opportunities to expand business
Collaborate with sales and design team to ensure requirements are met, such as sales numbers and profit goals
Train junior salespeople to improve sales goals and meet expectations
Strong understanding of company products or services as well as business position and competition to keep business competitive

Business Development Manager Skills and qualifications

A successful business development manager candidate will have various skills and qualifications needed to do an excellent job, including:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, or a similar area
Minimum five years of proven sales experience in business or a related area
Demonstrated ability in business-to-business (B2B) and (B2C) sales
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, to express technical and nontechnical concepts clearly and concisely\ Strong business knowledge and experience interpreting financial data
Technical skills required to create proposals and find solutions to meet client requirements, such as using software programs and machines
Excellent organizational skills to meet goals and set priorities
Be proactive, organized and handle work in stressful and uncertain environments
Strong negotiation skills
Arabic Speaker only

Requirements and Qualifications:

Experience: 5 years of expertise in business development in the Security Field Business with a bachelor’s degree.

Salary is around AED 15k - 20k
