Recruiter Talent Acquisition Officer

Hiring for Recruiter Talent Acquisition Officer for our head office in Abu Dhabi
We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruiter to join our internal Recruitment team, who is expertise in handling technical roles.
Job description:
• Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using portals, databases, social media etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications prior to submission to clients
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates, within the schedule
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge skills & experience
• Coordinating interviews
• Providing recruitment reports
Requirements:
• Master/Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in CV sourcing, talent acquisition and head hunting.
• Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office
• Immediate joiners available in UAE preferred.
