The successful candidate will be responsibility for assisting Leasing and management team on activities related to leasing of new and existing store leases. The candidate will provide organizational and administrative support for the Leasing and Management staff.
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain up to date store leases data & flagging of upcoming lease renewals, expiries etc.
Coordination with landlords on leasing documentation, follow up, execution etc.
Review of commercial terms and data analysis to seek internal approvals.
Prepare summary of commercial terms and place them for internal review for senior management.
Coordinate with other support departments for successful completion of documents required for a retail store delivery.
Communicate directly with other departments and Landlords responding to related queries in coordination with line manager.
Update data in BI systems
المهارات
Minimum University graduate.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in leasing working with a retailer or landlord in the GCC markets.
Ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Competent in MS Office products.
High accuracy in work and attention to detail and completed in a timely fashion.
Ability to multi task and reprioritize tasks as required.
Role specific tasks
Preparing decks for internal approval based on final negotiated offers.
Ensure the leases are executed and dispatched to the mall along with required supporting documents.
Filling Up related documents requested by the mall to process new leases.
Follow up on tawteeq closure/new tawteeq application and executed lease copies for our store.
Working with IT on automation of renewal leases and lease expiry notifications.
