Urgent Position: Female Real Estate Sales Agent - Abu Dhabi

Salary plus Commission in every closed deal.

Job description:

· Handle all enquirers with professional care and attention within strict company timelines

· Convince prospective clients to provide best quality service

· Advise clients on suitable and matching properties for their requirements

· Maintains and develops business with existing customers

· Assisting and consulting clients throughout the buying by providing them with updated and accurate market information.

· Follow Up with own customers for signing sales.

· Arrange and accompany viewings in coordination with the Clients.

· Negotiate and conclude sales transactions through to the completion transfer.

المهارات
· Valid driving license, car & Real Estate background

· Multi-tasking

· Must possess excellent communication skills in English and Arabic

· Team player and self-driven attitude

· Ability to negotiate & communicate precisely

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Good computer skills in MS Office Tools

· Ability to adapt to change
