Employee Happiness Generalist

We have the requirement of Employee Happiness Generalist (Officer) for 06 Months Contract) in Abu Dhabi. Qualified and experienced candidates (Locally available in UAE)
Preference will be given to candidates under Husband or Father Sponsorship
Arabic speaking and writing is needed. Gender and nationality is open.
The Employee Happiness Generalist (officer) will assist with a wide range of Employee Happiness Department tasks on a daily basis, as well as serve as a point of contact for employees with ER or PM-related queries.
Performance Management Tasks
• coordination on various projects and activities related to the performance management process
• support in Reviews, monitors and analyzes performance results system wide and reports them accordingly
• Performs other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor
• Support the PM in the appraisal cycle, gather all their information needed and the reports.ER Tasks
• Supporting internal inquiries and requests related to the ER
• Support in processing payroll and assisting with the documentation of employee compensation and benefits
• Maintain employee personnel records
• Assist in the communication, interpretation all HR policies and support in the internal announcement
Human Resources Generalist Qualifications/Skills:
• Demonstrated knowledge of the human resources field
• Understanding of personnel and compliance records management
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities both in Arabic and English
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook)
Human Resources Generalist Qualifications/Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• 3-5 years human resources experience
