Position Title: Prequalification & Registration Officer
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
Maintain the registration and prequalification with all the current client and handle the full cycle of the registration and prequalification with all new clients
Receive the tenders, RFP, RFQ, RFI and related correspondence and acknowledges the receipt wherever required
Study and understand the technical, financial requests and any other requirements to arrange the final document structure
Work with BDM to set the proposed plans that meet with the objectives of the proposal requirements and timeline
Mange all the vendor contract documents such as initiating the required purchase order

Qualifications:
Open to Filipino and Indian nationalities
35 years and below
At least 3 years of relevant experience
Strong technical and data visualization background
