الوصف الوظيفي ▪ Define and deliver metrics, reporting platforms, dashboards, and analytical models ▪ Responsible for carrying out complex analysis of datasets and conduct appropriate data validation ▪ Identify business challenges and advise on mitigation actions ▪ Facilitate analytics and data collection processes ▪ Provide analyses for large datasets using actionable insights ▪ Collaborate with client to build scalable processes and metrics ▪ Collaboration with data science to allocate appropriate data sets to relevant KPIs/use cases ▪ Provide information on analytic results to business and functional leaders using visualizations to communicate data and metrics, including data maps, .. etc. About Capgemini Capgemini is a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services. With Altran, the Group reported 2019 combined revenues of €17billion. المهارات ▪ Experience: 7 years in corporate business data analysis with proficient knowledge of BI reports / visualization using Tableau, Power BI, Domo, SAP, or other business Intelligence tools. ▪ Skills and Knowledge: good understanding of enterprise applications and business processes, as well as knowledge of data management best practices. It is also essential that candidate is experienced in agile development project cycles. ▪ Analytical skills: High capability in problem definition, relevant data allocation, fact analysis and ability to use structured conclusive models. Also capability to define business needs and develop data requirements and mapping solutions to business problems. ▪ Communication skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication in explaining technical concepts and procedures to non-technical users.
