Fit Out Draftsman job opportunity
This position is based in Abu Dhabi, please don’t apply unless you are willing to work or relocate in Abu Dhabi.
Main responsibilities:
• Full understanding of Architectural and Engineering Drawings
• Fully aware of #ACAD #tools & MS Office applications to maintain filing system to be well organized
• Proficient (Fast and Precise) of drafting all Concept and Detailed Architectural Interior Fit Out drawings (layout, elevations, sections and details) as per instructions of the Design Architect.
• Carry out instructions on modifications as assigned by the Engineer/Architect.
• Knowledge of Shop Drawing Production. Familiar with site activities, installation, co-ordination etc.
• Residential fit out background is highly required.
Required qualification and skills:
• Diploma or above in CAD / Technical drawing / Architectural Studies/ Interior Design or related disciplines
• 10-15 years related experience with consultants and contractors
• Good Communication skills and active team player.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be given a preference.
