Roles, Responsibilities, Duties:
Discount Management
Assist, assess and solve tenant request related to a rental reduction.
Coordinate any marketing support for tenants to increase awareness.
Provide support to the General Manager by collating and preparing information related to discount proposals to the presented to the correspondent committee.
Contact the tenant to explain the resolution of Aldar related to a discount.
Debt Management
Monitor outstanding debt in collaboration with the Finance (Accounts Receivable) department.
Collect all necessary information and run an assessment.
Continuous negotiation with the tenant to maintain business relationship.
Support the GM in initiating the legal process.
Tenant Support
Onboard the tenant before Handover of the unit, conduct on-boarding briefing session explaining on expected behaviour, standard rules and obligations.
Brief the tenant with the expected maintenance plan of the unit.
Ensure any request from the tenant is well addressed.
Brief the tenant with the timeline and conditions to exit a unit.
Reporting
Collect necessary information and prepare the Monthly Asset Report, including sales and traffic evolution.
Reporting evolution in Customer and Tenant Satisfaction.
Guest Experience Support
Responsible for implementing the Guest Journey basics and to monitor its evolution in a weekly basis.

المهارات
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or Business Administration
Experience and Skills:
Min of: 12+ years of experience in property management with large retail asset with annual revenue of at least AED 200 million.
Property Management; Experience in Abu Dhabi retail market preferred
Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
Demonstrated technical tenant relations and customer service skills and product knowledge of operating procedures for retail centers.
Negotiation Skills.
Client Management skills.
Project Management skills; Ability to manage multiple projects
Financial and Analytical skills.
Problem Resolution skills.
