We are hiring for a dynamic Business Development Manager (Electrical Engineering qualification) to join our Organisation Sales & Commercial team and be part of the growth. The ideal candidate should have the below skill sets.
Job Description
Lead the development of service department, team building, client approval, revenue, and financial growth.
Lead negotiations with clients, partners, contractors, and other counterparts.
Strategically focused, with excellent commercial and analytical skills.
Assess project specification analysis & feasibility, prepare (technical and commercial proposal writing) and submit formal business tenders and proposals for new commercial opportunities.
Be accountable for delivering results, achieving, and exceeding agreed targets and always strive to improve own performance.
Establish and increase contacts and opportunities by maximising networking opportunities using multiple sources (conferences, events, social media, etc.) to increase awareness.
المهارات
8 years minimum experience in electrical transmission and distribution network.
4 years minimum experience is Substation Design, Testing or Field Services (including maintenance & refurbishment).
Knowledge of substation protection & control schemes, SCADA communication systems, site testing and commissioning methods and maintenance.
3-4 Years’ experience in commercial and/or managerial role.
Experience in Transco, ADDC, AADC and ADNOC substations specification and requirements for approval and proposal procedures
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Preferably Arab speaking and having work experience in Abu Dhabi market.
