Hiring- Sales Engineer (Arab Nationals ONLY) - Abu Dhabi & Al Ain region
(HVAC Service Sales/Project Sales experience with UAE driver’s license)
• Dynamic individual with fair knowledge on selling AMC contracts & retrofit works.
• Preferred - Mech/Electrical Engg. Graduate with 3-5 years exp.
• Contribute individually for assigned goal plans & deliver results
• Research & analyze proposals, specifications to evaluate the feasibility, cost requirements
• Submit sales quote, recommend retrofit plans subsidizing to budgetary cut down & cost effective solution
• Responsible for execution of his/her part of the sales plan agreed for the year
• Responsible for customer satisfaction and ensuring that order is followed up at all levels
• Confer with customers to assess equipment needs and to determine system requirements
• Develop sales strategies for Retrofits, Modifications, upgrades of chiller plant
• Develop value propositions & smart selling techniques for Service agreements & commercial solicitations
• Achieve service objectives by effective planning, track market trends & develop new accounts
• Collaborate with in-house cross streams for developing install base & new opportunities
• Establish and manage key accounts
