Onsite - Abu Dhabi- UAE -Network Operations Center (NOC) Manager
• The main aim of the NOC Manager is plan, coordinate and manage the NOC Team to ensure that the production systems runs efficiently without interruption and having pro-active actions and mechanisms to meet the company target.
• More than 15 years’ experience in IT operations and support with a high availability 24x7 environments including:
• Strategy & Planning
• To plan, organize, and manage staff and overall operations to ensure stability of customer’s infrastructure.
• Provides overall expertise with all network operations functions.
• Ability to define, implement and enforce configuration management and change management policies and practices.
• Experience with infrastructure and applications monitoring tools, such as Solarwinds, Sciencelogic, and dynatrace. 
• Expert knowledge in performance monitoring and analysis
• Expert knowledge in LAN/WAN technologies
• Good knowledge of Microsoft products and technologies
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Network services experience is desired.
• ITIL V3 Foundation Certification preferred
