Position Title: Café Manager
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 9K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
High end luxury café in Abu Dhabi
Job Description:
Responsible for managing the operation of the café, development and growth of people, sales and profits etc.
Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction, profit optimization by controlling food, beverage and labor costs
Assign and supervise all duties and responsibilities of staff, checking the furniture of the restaurant, equipment’s, etc.
Manage the Profit/Loss, Food cost and Unit sales.
Create great social media ratings at trip Advisor, Google and Zomato etc.
المهارات
Qualifications:
50 years and below
Bachelor’s degree in Food & Beverage Management or related experience
At least 7 years’ experience in F&B;industry with minimum 2 years in the same role
Must have UAE market knowledge key on developing trends, business cycles, seasonality etc.
Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
