We are looking for a Bodyshop Manager to facilitate and oversee the day-to-day delivery of excellent customer service and managing the team to deliver a quality repair – on time, every time.
By effectively guiding the delivery of a first-class customer service journey, the successful applicant would offer outstanding market-leading customer service.
Responsibilities of a Bodyshop Manager
• Responsible for job allocation and job flow in the workshop including job scheduling and labor allocation for day-to-day operations.
• Maximizing the use of all available resources to ensure the department is run in the most effective manner
• Delivering a positive customer experience
• Assist with estimating, project management, materials purchasing, and quality checks.
• Provide oversight and check job estimates.
• Regularly report progress on each job and quickly communicate delays or concerns with the Operations Manager.
• Report on manpower overruns or shortfalls.
• Receive and review feedback from customers and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify staff that requires ongoing training and implements training opportunities to ensure their skills are improved.
