1. Attend Drilling rigs for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and calibration of Drilling instrumentation system including drilling controls, CCTV and intercom system.
2. Troubleshooting faults in the drilling system.
3. Calibration of pressure gauges on the rig.
4. Running specialized Drilling/Completion Down hole tools.
5. Handling and lifting of drilling tools on the rig and workshop.
6. Prepare job documentation upon completion of job as per company policy.
7. Repair drilling instrumentation equipment in the workshop.
Experience:
1. BSc (Electrical, Electronics and Instrumentation) Engineer
2. At least 3 – 4 years of Drilling rig experience. (IS A MUST)
3. Can work independently with minimum supervision.
4. Good knowledge and troubleshooting skill of computers, networking and industrial protocols like RS232, RS485, Modbus and Profibus
5. Good Knowledge of PLC and HMIs.
6. Knowledge of handling workshop tools.
7. Working at height.
8. Rigging and slinging.
