We are hiring a Call Center Agent in Abu Dhabi with the below requirements:
• Bachelors Degree in a related field
• 1+ years in Motor Sales / Motor Claims experience
• 1+ years of experience in Call Center environment answering inbound or conducting outbound calls
• Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory (Written and spoken)
• Able to handle complaints and escalations
• Able to remain calm and handle emergency enquiries.
