• Assists in planning, monitoring and/or managing budget in functional area of department/ or one project
• Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
• Liaison with the Account Managers and attend customer meetings as required
• Analyze and investigate complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
• Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation, as well as proper documentation of complaints.
• Develop new standards for production and design, with improvements as needed, and create testing protocols for implementation across all service lines
• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.
• Develops and nurtures excellent client relationships at the executive, management and as appropriate operational levels supporting the Account Quality Management team
• Constantly assess customer feedback and drives and assists in driving necessary improvements
• Take a lead role in the creation of adhoc professional RCA reports focusing on identifying improvement opportunities and understanding customer impact.
• Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures.

• Analytical and systems thinking, conflict resolution and negotiation to involve all stakeholders to drive, implement and institutionalize a change to ensure organizational objectives are met
• Identify training needs and take action to ensure company-wide compliance
• Framework & Governance: Monitor risk-management procedures, and maintain and analyse problem logs to identify and report recurring issues to management and product development and assists operations and local quality function in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental and health and safety goals/KPIs
• Carefully maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root cause and corrective actions
• Stakeholder Management: Utilize state-of-the-art, best-in-class tools, techniques and methods to maintain the high quality of services and deliver presentations to peers, leadership team, executives and operation teams;
• Establish, develop and manage relationships within Injazat business eco system based on trust and ability to meet commitments.
Service Reporting : Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations and assist in the development of and take ownership to produce quality reports on a monthly basis
