Job Description
Ensure proper handling of chemical and other products received and issued
Inspect Material Handling (MHE) to determine the needs for repairs and guarantee safety by performing regular checking as per approved checklist
Writing the cause of findings if any at checklist after machine inspection
Unload materials from incoming vehicles and store at Marshalling area and issue to the requestor based on the picking list and reservation
Ensuring picking and loading in a flexible & efficient manner to achieve operational excelence & make the deliveries in a timely and customer focus manner
Maintain the % ponctuality of dispatching above % of the agreed cut off time
Involve and implement the Quality Assurance policies and strategies
Ensure receiving and data entry of all materials received within the Warehouse. Maintain the Warehouse (cold store and ambient) Inventory records Accuracy and sustainable inventory control and management system
Attend reservations by physical issuance, loading/ unloading and segregation of the materials then confirmed thru signing the inssuance sheets and required forms Support the Warehouse Analysts (Storekeeper) in maintaining Inventory details
