General Technician

We are currently searching for a qualified General Technician with experience working in a Facilities Management Company in U.A.E.

Job Description:

- Perform a variety of skilled work in the maintenance and repair of District facilities and equipment; prioritize, schedule, assign and coordinate the work of assigned staff to accomplish a wide variety of duties related to the building trades.

- Inspect buildings, electrical systems, grounds, and equipment to ensure safe, well-maintained conditions, identify
hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.

- Follows safe working practices and makes appropriate use of related safety equipment as required.

- Perform assigned responsibilities, duties, and tasks according to established practices, procedures, techniques, and
standards in a safe manner and with minimal supervision.
