*Responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring & controlling of Major Shutdown / Turnaround falling in Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sector across UAE, to ensure completion of the milestones and critical activities within contractual deadlines.
Job Description:
*Understand Shutdown scope and establish planning, scheduling & reporting requirements in line with Contract Agreement.
*Demonstrate experience of managing a team of planning engineers/planners to effectively monitor the progress and delegate planning tasks.
*Should have in depth knowledge of critical activities and resources and must be familiar with traffic light system to highlight the delay to the management.
*Responsible for developing resource loaded & logically sequenced detailed project baseline schedule for overall turnaround scope including pre-turnaround (Pre-TA), turnaround execution, and post turnaround (post-TA) phases.
*Prepare and analyze the trend, about the Shutdown / Project Status (actual, forecast, trend);
*Monitor shutdown progress & update project schedule versus baseline schedule; and adjust schedule for any scope change.
*Responsible for preparation and update of Level- 1 to 4 Master Schedules in Primavera P6 Software for the projects and prepare Critical Path.
*Prepare monthly reports by up-dating the Shutdown schedule and progress curve(s).
