• Review/Preparation of Project Technical Documents such as Specifications, Inspection Test Plan, method statements, QC procedures, Material testing requirement.
• Inspection of Hazardous area equipment and installation. Knowledge of Hazardous area certification and requirements. Review of hazardous area equipment certification
• Participate in HAZOP studies
• Inspection of all Electrical and Instrumentation as per ITP and implementation of project specification and standards. Raise surveillance or NCR’s for any non-conformance identified during inspection
• Conducting Internal Audit and preparation, Assisting of Client audit and comment closing
• Responsible to raise the RFI and arrange the site inspection in collaboration with client representative as per ITP
• Perform quality check for pre-commissioning and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation equipment which include line check and loop check of all the Instrument and Electrical cables prior to commissioning
• Experience in inspection and testing of cables, glanding, terminations of power and instrument cables in Transformer room, LV, MV and HV switchgear, VFD , UPS distribution panels, LCP and UCP panels, junction boxes and various electrical and instrument equipment
• Preparation /review of final quality dossier, pre commissioning and Commissioning dossier
• Experience in inspection, testing and calibration of instruments like, PT,TT, PDT, FM etc.
• Performs inspection of incoming products, materials or client free issued materials as per the project specification and requirements
• Ensures effective communication and coordination on assigned projects between all disciplines, with vendors, client and all other project participants.
• Conduct audits, creating audits finding reports and determine proper corrective and preventive actions.
• Analyse the root causes and implement corrective actions for processes or parts that have concerns
• Conduct / participate in Factory Acceptance Tests, Integrated FAT & Site Acceptance Tests
• Ensure quick resolution of supplier quality failures, and implement corrective and preventive actions, through working with Purchasers and Department Managers
