We have an exciting opportunity for Customer Engagement Agents at our corporate office based in Abu Dhabi There are multiple roles for this opportunity Responsibilities - Handle outbound and inbound calls .Initiate sales to interested prospects over the phone - Responding efficiently and accurately to callers explaining possible solutions and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued - Tele sales and telemarketing activities - Offer high quality customer service to build engagement levels .Maintain customer database with accurate and up to date records. Bilingual preferred A minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a tele sales call center representative role Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply extensive training will be provided Excellent communicator with strong persuasive skills Strong negotiation and listening skills A
