UAE based reputed outfits manufacturing and trading Company required Footwear Designer.
The ideal candidate will manage the actual stage of sample development and creates design concepts, and to ensure that the goals of the projects are met at a specific seasonal timeline as required. Manage initial costing and estimation procedures during the sample development stages. Offers advices and recommendations to solve problems and enhance the manufacturability of the products. Need to provide support to the production department in relation to work process, method and applications.

Requirements:
Education : B.S. Fine Arts Graduate / Fashion Design/Engineering/ Footwear
Associate Studies.
4 – 5 years of successive footwear designing tasks.
Knowledgeable on different manufacturing system and construction of high quality footwear products.
Knowledgeable on computer software environment programs such as Microsoft Office Application, Photoshop and Footwear CAD/CAM environment.
A team oriented player with a high creativity energy level.
Strong interpersonal communication skills - written and oral
Project management skills to manage multiple projects at different stages of development.
Excellent communication skills.
