Accountant Vacancy Abu Dhabi –UAE
We are currently looking for an Accountant (Filipino-lady) with a minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in accounting operations.
The Ideal candidate is someone who has professional experience in oracle cloud -ERP software & VAT return, ICV.
General Duties:
• Efficiency in VAT registration & filing VAT return.
• Month end closure and finalization of Accounts.
• A/R and A/P accounting matching and reconcile their balances with GL.
• Pulling out VAT Input and Output reports from ERP and filing returns in FTA.
• Balance sheet account analysis, producing reports, journal entries to keep accounts accurate.
• Reconciliation with clients’ Account, Customer, Bank and Intercompany by monthly basis.
• Expertise in Control & Reconciling Petty Cash Statements.
• Assist Internal & External Auditors in monthly Auditor.
• Strong financial skills - Must have budgeting/forecasting experience and knowledge of IFRS
• Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs and procedures.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelors’ degree in Accounts/Finance/ Economics with Min 3 Years’ experience.
• Proficiency with computers and bookkeeping software i.e. oracle cloud- ERP Systems, strong typing skills.
• Exceptional time management and verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles.
• Professional manner and a strong ethical code.
• Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
• Commitment to working efficiently and accurately.
• Extremely knowledgeable about VAT in the UAE.
Current Location: UAE – Abu Dhabi.
He should be capable of working under pressure and as an excellent Team member.
