Project Engineer

الوصف الوظيفي
The Project Engineer shall:

Coordinate, control and support and execution of all project work carried out by the department across all offshore sites adhering to set standards, policies and procedures.
Monitor and review progress of each on going jobs, schedules, daily/weekly/monthly plans and liaise with the superior providing support and advice regarding project execution within the set procedures, specifications and allocated budget.
Assist the Superior in verification and approval of designs, drawings, specifications and schedules, allocating assignments/tasks to the department staff, providing technical clarifications, budgetary information and addressing any other issues as per the annual plan.
Provide expertise in the verification and approval process of contractors’ pre-qualification documents and contribute to the assessment of each contractor’s capabilities with requirements; negotiate and finalize the terms and conditions of the required operations with the contractors. Verify, review and forward the tender the contract documents to the superior for approval.
Plan, organize, coordinate and monitor all contractual operations related to the Project to ensure that cost effective and quality services are obtained from all contracts.
Review the contractor workloads in the project in order to determine the adequacy of manpower, materials, equipment and vehicle resources.
Coordinating the timely delivery and transportation of material as required by site staff, assuring that the quality and prices of the material comply with set specifications and standards.
المهارات
Qualification

University Degree in Engineering (Mech/Civil)
10 years of relevant experience of which minimum 5 years n Oil & Gas Industry as supervisory level.
