الوصف الوظيفي Chairs and minutes periodic design and progress meetings with the Client, A/E of Resold and Contractor as applicable. Develops and maintains design and procurement schedules, coordinated with planned design and construction activities as part of the overall Al Gurm Level 1 schedule. Coordinates development of tender documents for Package 6 negotiation and award recommendation Coordinates review and approval of landscape/hardscape with design architects and planners prior to final approvals Coordinates value engineering assessments for alternative specifications and methods and prepares recommendation reports of same for Client approvals to include cost, schedule and quality assessment. Coordinates requirements for early procurement of planting stock including verification of availability identification and reservation at source. Authors all related correspondence for issue by the PM. Verifies completeness and adequacy of submittal reviews and RFI responses, and coordinates input horn design architects and planners where required prior to return to the facility construction Contractor(s). Performs design deliverable and tender document review and other activities associated with design completion management as assigned.
