الوصف الوظيفي
1. Demonstrating extensive knowledge and experience in the design, Planning and Project Management of multidisciplinary development with buildings, infrastructures, Hotels and retail projects.

2. managing multi-disciplinary design packages (buildings and Infrastructures) with appointed Consultants from inception to preparing full IFC documents.

3. Management and monitoring for projects progressing on site.

4. Establishing project management tools for both under design and ongoing projects

5. Planning and control of project scheduling, project budgets, project work plan, and project set-up with the project team and consultants.

6. Manage key interfaces with the local Authorities Having Jurisdiction.

المهارات
1.Experience in successful execution of large scale mixed use projects.

2. Solid experience in Design Management.

3.Academic Degree in Engineering or equivalent with 10+ years of relevant experience

4. Technical understanding and working knowledge of Engineering, Project Management and Construction.
