1- Jr. Production Operator with minimum 1-5 years of experience.

2- Production Operator with minimum 6-10 years of experience

Job Summary: Perform first level operation of equipment, manual handling, and material movement in assigned production area to deliver the contract according to the company’s standards of safety, GMP/GHP, quality & cost structure

Experience and Education
• Minimum 1 years of experience in technical position for Jr. Operator and min. 6 Yrs. Exp. for Sr. Operator.
• Position needs at least Technical Diploma
• The knowledge and experience of production lines and mechanical systems.

Knowledge
• Knowledge of Safety standards
• Knowledge Quality and Food Safety standards
• Knowledge of food industry
• Knowledge of factory production
• Knowledge of machinery operations
• Knowledge of English

Tasks and Responsibilities :

TASKS
• Ensure safe work conditions at any point in time in area of responsibility.
• Carry out the regular process product quality checks to ensure the finished product adherence to the quality standards.
• Monitor & maintain all standard running conditions as per the Standard Operating Standards (SOPs) and Standard Running Conditions (SRCs)
• Record reading & checks as per the specified frequency on the SRC books
• Identify process/product deviations & follow the escalation procedure to restore the standards
• Maintain the Hygiene, 5S, & housekeeping standards.
• Perform manual activities such as material movement, weighing, lifting
• Ensure that all the critical control points are tested & monitored on time, & follow the escalation procedure in case of failure
• Carry out the weekly inventory stock take
• Carry out tasks in the changeovers in his area
• Carry out Preventive Maintenance along with maintenance team
• Implement LEAN & continuous improvement activities within the area of responsibility

• Indirect impact over line productivity & efficiency machine reliability and performance
• Direct impact on area GMP/GHP standards and 5S standards
• Indirect influence on equipment reliability in area of responsibility
• Responsibility of training & supporting contractors in the respective area.

The production foreman will be assigned as owner of one of the following areas:
1- Cream cheese process line
2- Cream cheese packaging line
3- Mozzarella line
4- Long life fermented products line
