• Acts as a technical adviser on a site to coordinate with subcontractors, crafts people and operatives
• Setting out, levelling and surveying the site as per project need
• Checks plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations
ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
• Oversees the selection and requisition of materials in coordination with stores
• Makes cost-effective solutions and proposals for the intended project
• Prepares progress reports as required, Monitoring and tracking the project progress and report to projects.
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force and the work of any subcontractors
• Helps, supports and solves the site team problems
• Coordinates with stores and supply chain for the requisitions made
• Ensures the project documents used in the site are the latest applicable revision
• Ensures compliance with Denholm YAM Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Systems
• Coordinates with the QC team for day to day inspections
• Coordinates with QC for the preparation of the redline markups
• Effective compliance with the PTW requirements
