الوصف الوظيفي 2. Liaises with other managers across the organization to ensure that outpatient strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the organization and align with Tarmeem overall objectives. 3. Ensures that all activities are conducted accurately, ethically, and according to the relevant policies, procedures, and standards. 4. Manages the OPD staff, organizing staffing schedules to meet the needs for the OPD service, monitoring their performance for the purpose of periodic assessment and reporting to the Patient Services. 5. Controls and supervises employees in Medical Report Section, Registration, Appointment Section and all OPD Receptionists. 6. Participates in the planning, creation, organization and introduction of new OPD Clinics. 7. Prepares and submits reports on the OPD functions. 8. Leads, directs, and controls all outpatient policies, procedures, and activities so that they meet the hospitals overall business objectives and protect the organizations patient relationship and public reputation. 9. Develops and coordinates the Quality/Performance Improvement Program within his/her area of responsibilities. المهارات Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing. Licensure in the General Authority for Health Services Abu Dhabi as a Registered). Experience: Coupled with 5 to 7 years clinical nursing experience.
