Requirement
• Family book
• Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Psychology, Business Administration, or other related fields
• Must have experience managing company with 3000+ employees.
• Minimum 12 years of experience with 3 years heading this or similar function for a large corporation.
• Certification in a related subject is preferable e.g. Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)
