Private Equity Role

Mubadala Capital is looking for a Sr. Analyst/Associate to join its Private Equity team.

Mubadala Capital Private Equity employs a differentiated, value-added investment approach that is partnership-driven and solutions-oriented with a focus on capital preservation and long-term value creation. Given the team’s proactive and flexible approach, the Sr. Analyst/Associate will have to opportunity to work across a variety of sectors and investment types including control-oriented and significant minority equity transactions. Given the relatively small size of deal teams, the Sr. Analyst/Associate can expect to be a highly impactful contributor to deal teams and gain significant exposure to all aspects of the team’s investment activities.

Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of investment banking, transaction advisory services and/or principal investing background with demonstrated of transactional experience.

Key Qualifications and Skills
Pre-MBA candidate with 2-3 years of experience at a top-tier investment bank, transaction advisory services firm and/or in a principal investing role with demonstrated transactional experienceStrong quantitative skills and complex financial modeling capabilitiesStrong project management skills with focus on attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh degree of intellectual curiosity, initiative and professional maturityAbility to work well in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced work environment
