Management of both Pre and Post Contract award aspects including commercial experience from concept to final delivery and closeout of projects.

Pre-Tender
Prepares Tender documents including managing the input of other project team members, such as Technical Services, Construction Management, Project Controls and Safety & Health.
Issues Tender documents to the Client’s Project Team and drafts any other communications required with tenderers (e.g. Notices to Tenderers) for discussion with the Client’s Project Team
Manages Tender Procurement
Assists with the Preparation of the Budget for construction and all associated costs
Manages and conducts Tender analysis and Commercial evaluation
Prepares prequalification documents, evaluation strategies and evaluation reports
Obtains approval of tender documents and evaluation strategies
Produces technical and commercial evaluation reports for the approval of the Client’s Project Team
Drafts Contract Documents for the approval of the Client’s Project Team
Advises on the Pre-awarding of Contract
Reports the procurement progress of assigned packages to the Senior Contracts/Procurement Manager
Responds to Queries from Contractors
Post Tender
Reports Cost Management and Detailed Progress
Handles Change Management including Variations and Claims
Prepares request for proposals and contract documents including bills of quantities and schedule of values.
Performs risk and value management and cost control
Identifies, analyzes and develops responses to commercial risks.
Prepares and analyzes commercial bid submittals.
Analyzes executed quantities as compared to planned installation,
Tracks physical progress on site.
Monitors and controls Budget cost
Reviews cost and assesses project costs trends and executes corrective actions if necessary
Values engineering activities Prepared for the Client
Provides Cost advisory services to keep costs within the budget
Coordinates Variations process
Sets and tracks General Contractor payment schedule
Invoices interim Payment certificates
Evaluates and reports Client’s changes when applicable
Produces monthly Cost Reports
- Prepares Settlement of final accounts
