A Laundry and Dry cleaning service in Abu Dhabi looking for a professional and experienced Supervisor:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the laundry operations and supervise laundry and dry cleaning staff.

2. Plan and enforce safety procedures

3. Order supplies and oversees the laundry’s budget

4. Ensure the quality standards and that customers’ expectations are met.

5. Analyse goal progress

6. Regularly coordinate and update the owner of the business regarding operations and concerns of the staff.

7.Ensure equipment maintenance

8.Evaluate employees

9.Handle customer complaints

10.Identify customer’s needs

* Salary: Negotiable + Commission

Requirements

Must have minimum of 2-3 years experience as Supervisor in laundry service
Minimum 2-3 years experience in Sales & marketing role
.Must have experience in Customer service
Must have good English communication skills
Must be living in Abu Dhabi
Knowledgeable about the product and services in laundry service
Having valid UAE driving license is a plus.
