We are looking for a knowledgeable, thorough Agronomist who can develop better farming practices and find effective solutions for the food and farming industry within the country.
The Incumbent will conduct research and field checks, take samples and make observations, perform tests, and identify and solve problems related to plant or soil nutrition, damage from insects or wildlife, weather or climate changes, or suggest the use of specialized products, such as pesticides, fertilizers, etc.
Using this information, he will also help farmers develop techniques to increase crop quality and yield. Keeping detailed records regarding fields, crops, and samples. Generating reports and presenting findings to the management and dealing with multiple stakeholders to guide and create a right path for a sustainable future.
المهارات
Must-have:
12+ years of technical experience in understanding soil, crops and productivity. Someone who has a good experience in utilizing state of the art agricultural practices. Bachelors or a Master’s Degree in Agronomy or Agriculture is a Must.
