Job Summary:
To fulfil the customer requirements and contractual obligations. Ensure the relationship with the customer is satisfying and their business with Agility is growing on a continuous business.
Responsibilities:
Managing the allocated accounts throughout the tenure of the relationship and promoting the partnership between key customers and Agility.
Growing and expanding the business with key accounts through cross selling, volume growth and regional expansion.
Fulfilling all key accounts requirements and expectations in Abu Dhabi and regionally whenever needed.
Resolving all operational and financial issues pertaining to assigned accounts.
Working closely with Operations Departments and regional Agility offices and harmonizing the services and agreements offered to Key accounts.
Analyzing problems or issues withholding growth, finds solutions, and takes specific measures to overcome them.
Controlling operational costs and financial exposure of assigned key accounts while at the same time meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
المهارات
8 to 10 years of experience, of which a minimum of 5 years should be of managing large key accounts.
5 years’ experience in Agri business
