Opportunity for Senior Cost Manager - (Pre Contract) Real Estate - Abu Dhabi, UAE
A leading Construction Consultancy firm with locations across the GCC and a key hub in Abu Dhabi.
They have a number of prestigious real estate developments in progress with key client and as such require a strong pre contract cost manager to work in the AD team to help develop key pre contract stages of this development.
Covering from inception to contract award, including, estimating, cost planning through all design stages, cost reporting and leading pre con team meetings, interface with stakeholders and client through stages. Etc.
Candidates will require:
• Min 10 years’ experience in a Tier 1 Consultancy
• 5 years in the UAE. Currently in the UAE.
• MRICS Ideally.
• Experienced in Real Estate Pre contract development.
• Package Negotiable
