Job Descriptions:
* Review and Negotiation of Contracts/ LOI/ PO/LOA etc. as per company internal policies
* Drafting of Contracts and other legal documents including notices
* Discussing and finalization the contracts with Sales Team to expedite the signing of contracts
* Advising different stake holders in contractual disputes and other legal matters
Job Requirements:
* Must be graduate of Bachelor in Law (LLB) and or Engineering Studies
* Between 3 and 5 years experience in contract management in construction environment
* Proven experience with all forms of contracts (FIDIC, JCT, AIA etc)
