الوصف الوظيفي · Preparing presentations and reports, ensuring elegance, excellence and conformity in relation to legal cases / issues as appropriate. · As per advise from Legal Adviser, handles the drafting of basic corporate documents such as board resolutions and powers of attorney as appropriate. · Prepare correspondence and other related documents with respect to general legal duties. · Audio and/or copy typing of memoranda, correspondence and legal documentation to a high standard of accuracy, within deadlines. · Opening and closing files in accordance with standard office procedures. · Maintain case / client contact details for accuracy and ease of use. FILING SYSTEM: · Creating and managing highly confidential files and records, including utilizing a logical and intuitive matter-specific filing system and archiving of original legal documents. · Organize, file and track case files. · Set up a register of all original documentation held and keep an updated record of the location of all original documents. Assist with preparation of box files on closing of relevant transactions.
