Outdoor Sales Executive

الوصف الوظيفي
The desired sales executive is driven individual responsible for generating leads against market criteria using online tools, location visits, outbound calls and emails in addition to qualifying generated leads into deals to close through meetings, follow-ups and negotiation.

المهارات
-Abu Dhabi market experience and industry experience in soft services is a must.

-Effective communication skills and experience to prospect and generate new leads.

-Minimum 3 years outside B2B sales experience in the service industry. Pest Control, Cleaning, or Facilities Management is a must.

-Solid history in generating and maintaining client accounts.

-Valid UAE driving license.

-Performs entire sales cycle including customer profiling, planning, lead generation, proposing, negotiating and closing of deals.

-Builds & manages relationships with clients in order to ensure satisfaction, service levels, as well as account growth and sales.

-Ability to maximize existing accounts growth and cross-sell.

-Bears overall responsibility for client ownership and acts as first-point of contact in all interactions.

-Coordinates with team and oversees/reports all daily sales and service activities of respective clients and active deals.
