# Study sample parts, blueprints, drawings, and engineering information in order to determine methods and sequences of operations needed to fabricate products and determine products dimensions and tolerances.
# Select the appropriate tools, machines, and materials to be used in the preparation of machinery work, such as threading and other profiling.
# Observe and listen to the operating machines or equipment in order to diagnose machine malfunctions and to determine the need for adjustments or repairs.
# Check work pieces to ensure that they are suitable for the assigned job.
# Install repaired parts into equipment or install new equipment.
# Setup, adjust and operate all the necessary machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools in order to perform precision machining operations.
# Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials into machines. # Measure examine, and test completed units in order to detect, defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such as micrometer.
# Clean and lubricate machines, workplace, tools, and equipment in order to remove grease, rust, stains and foreign matters.
# Perform other duties that may be assigned by the reporting to the Supervisor from time to time.
# Create / Edit the CNC part programs as and when required.
# Prepare dimensional inspection report of the completed job as per the OEM/Customer procedure
