Technician Mechanical/HVAC

Ensure orderly shift change by communicating clearly issues and ongoing tasks with the incoming shift supervisors / operators.

To carry out preventive maintenance checks as per yearly preventive maintenance plan.
Calculate material requirements required for maintenance.

To respond to emergency situations such as power outages, system alarms, and adverse water treatment condition by checking the circuit breaker panel or fuse box if required, replace fuses, with the same size only, or reset breakers.
Regulate or shut down equipment during emergency situations, as directed by supervisory personnel
