الوصف الوظيفي Job Responsibilities: 1. Plan and prioritize purchasing activities. 2. Source, negotiate and purchase of requested items from vendors 3. Manage vendor registration and contracts management. 4. Develop and maintain relations with vendors to ensure best price and deliveries requirements, short lead times and timely response to the customer. 5. Coordinate with respective department for invoice discrepancies and payment issues. 6. Coordinate with site Engineers and contractors for work on site. 7.Managing the inventory on time to time and on need basis. 8. Coordinate with suppliers for expedite deliveries/shortages/ missed or late deliveries/new delivery schedules etc. 9.Maintain all types of fabrications on sites and follow RMA procedure/ repair all defective items and tools. Qualifications · Bachelor’s degree. · Minimum 3 years’ prior industry related experience Availability Ready to join immediately.
