الوصف الوظيفي Work to DPS principles (specifically TPM) to maintain up time of critical machinery and ensure all machinery is maintained to standards so not to effect product quality. Support and lead continuous improvements activities as defined by the Manufacturing Engineering Manager. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES - KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1- Maintenance Management ▪ Coordinate and control all plant and site maintenance activities in order to ensure reliable and uninterrupted manufacturing, taking ownership for planned maintenance and asset care programs to improve OEE but also taking into account trying to optimize maintenance budget. ▪ Being ‘on call’ in some issues that may require out of hours response/working. ▪ Management of in-house maintenance team and external contractors ▪ Assist in forecasting requirements, creating a budget and scheduling expenses for the electrical department – Shared responsibility. ▪ Working in teamwork with the production team to formulate the best cost-effective manufacturing process. 2- TPM ▪ Day to day responsibility of TPM and promoting it throughout the plant. Dealing with Change Management and potential resistance to it from others to drive through changes/new initiatives to improve OEE (Overall equipment effectiveness) 3- Risk Management ▪ Manage all risks relating to the Environmental Management System (EMS) to optimize potential or actual costs and to proactively address potential risk issues to eliminate liability. ▪ Steps to prevent fire outbreaks by making suitable recommendations to management. ▪ Provide safe working environment for members of staff, and ensure electricity induced accidents and mishaps are prevented. المهارات Should have thorough knowledge and experience in implementing Preventive/ Predictive maintenance KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/COMPETENCES: ▪ Project Management, sound awareness of HSE in the workplace ▪ Strong communication skills, problem solving and root cause analysis, time management (planning and prioritizing work), high level of IT Skills, esp. Microsoft Office, ability to set up maintenance contracts ▪ Able to read and understand technical drawings including electric and pneumatic system; ▪ Hands on experience in AutoCAD (2D & 3 D) ▪ ATEX, CompEx (or equivalent) certification ▪ Pertinent local laws, ordinances, codes, and rules. ▪ Ability to travel (Site visit); driving license valid in UAE BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING: Lean manufacturing principles, capital equipment procurement techniques. Customer satisfaction; detailed knowledge of GTS equipment and internal processes in project execution. Budget – Invoice Value : AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month based on candidate profile.
