الوصف الوظيفي • Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance as per established standards; • Install, trouble shoot and repairs heating, air conditioning and refrigeration units, including chillers, boilers and heat pumps; • Performs diagnostics, repairs and replacements for the parts in an HVAC system such as expansion valves, compressors, motors, coil units, and other component parts and in other mechanical related works; • Ensure mechanical operations, standards and controls are maintained at high quality; • Knowledgeable in dealing with refrigerants and Freon gas which could have a serious environmental effects once improperly handles; · Familiarization over concepts like blueprinting, reading, mechanics, and electronics;; · Handle time accounting and complete work order; · Work with flexible time when job demands. Responds to emergency services requests; • Review safety procedures before beginning each job with known hazards; • Modification, remodeling and repair of mechanical plumbing equipment and fixtures; • Prepares records and reposts describing procedures, actions taken and recommended solutions; • Handles personal tools for the job including up-to-date documented personal tools lists; • Enforces sound safety and housekeeping practices; • Perform other related duties as may be required by immediate supervisor. المهارات · Must have at least 2 year experience in a similar role. Show expertise in working with team and independently · Must have wide knowledge and skills in troubleshooting and repair different kind of equipment.
