Job Description and Requirements
Nationality any that fit the brief; Needs to of had plenty of Western experience & exposure, ideally worked in Europe, South Africa or States.
Middle East experience would be a bonus but not essential. Fluent in English both Written & Spoken (client, senior staff and clientele are predominantly western), needs to be good with computers (essential).
Ideally Contract Catering, Corporate Hospitality, Cruise Ships, Hotels or Event’s back ground. Hospital experience a bonus but not essential.
Would prefer someone younger though not essential. The level of expectation is 5 star hotel with this one
