To provide commercial, legal and technical contract management for a major long term government project in Abu Dhabi

This engineering and manufacturing entity supplies services and equipment to the military and defence sector

Description
Work in conjunction with Engineers, Program/Project Managers, Contracts Specialists, Sub-contractors, and Legal to develop contracts relating to the maintenance, integration, design and modification of the product/sDraft, review and negotiate supplier and client contractsProvide contract administration and risk mitigation measures specific to commercial and legal aspectsFinalize commercial inputs for contracts and agreements for customers and suppliers including but not limited to NDA’s, Project Agreements, Sale & Purchase Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Supply Agreements, Services Agreements, etc.

Profile

Candidates who apply must meet all of the below criteria
Minimum bachelor degree in contract management or law (LLB/LLM)3-8 years experience in a legal contracts focused roleMust be UAE National with family bookIndustry experience in defence, military, engineering, or manufacturing
