1. Perform filling of drums, 5 litre, 4 litre and 1 litre cans and pails at the filling section lines via semi-automatic and manual machines in Lube Blending & Filling plant (Lube & Grease) as per daily production plans.
2. Make proper labelling / printing on Drums, Pails and Cartons by stenciling of product name, Batch number, manufacturing date, traceability code, API classification etc, filling weight in line with allowable tolerance and other applicable parameters as instructed by supervisors.
3. Clean filing lines before shifting to a new grade as per compatibility matrix guidelines provided by shift supervisor.
4. Collect samples and obtains necessary laboratory quality control approval before starting any filling operations.
5. Collect and record various data related to the process / field equipment in the assigned units
