الوصف الوظيفي
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners

Monitoring and maintaining computer systems

Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests

Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

Setting up accounts for new users

Repairing and replacing Laptop/Desktop Equipment’s if necessary

Help users to use video conference system and provide support in the meeting room

Knowledge and experience in Manage engine, Desktop Central, Service now tools.

Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree in related discipline

At least 5 years of experience in the field
