Maintain structured policies and procedures for the businessBuild performance management program with talent pipelines and development opportunitiesSupport recruitment initiativesAnalyse compensation and financial data related to HRTraining & development of all employees including leadership developmentDrive employee engagement initiatives

Profile
8+ years HR experience in a professional services organization such as financial services, management consultancy, law firm or technologyStrong HR Business Partner capabilities with experience working with senior stakeholders - proven experience influencing changeData analytic experience, expertise in reading compensation data and expert user in ExcelExcellent relationship building skills in a corporate settingBe able to live and work in Abu Dhabi
